Full Refund: Within 30 days of purchase:

Request must be sent in writing via support ticket system or support@netmarketresources.com NO PHONE OR VOICE MAIL CANCELLATIONS

If physical product has been shipped must be returned postmarked within 30 days. Refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt of return package

Refunds are processed within 7 business days for digital refunds.

If payment was a personal check, check must clear before refund can be processed. Allow 14 days for payment to clear, 7 days for refund check to be mailed to address on file.
